Under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Humaid bin Rashid Al Nuaimi, the Ajman 2nd International Environment Conference took place from 4-6 June 2012 at Sheikh Zayed Centre for Conferences and Exhibitions at the Ajman University of Science and Technology in the Emirate of Ajman, the United Arab Emirates.
Professor Chem Nayar, Regen Power CEO and Curtin University Emeritus Professor participated in the conference and gave an invited presentation on “Remote Microgrid” focusing on the application of Hybridgen- the variable speed diesel generator technology (patent pending) hybridising with solar photovoltaic and small scale wind generators.
